    No. We do not sell appliances or parts directly. Our team installs appliances that clients have already purchased, and we install parts only for repair jobs we are assigned to. We also offer an Appliance Advisory & Procurement Service to help clients identify suitable replacement options.

  • Can I get a quote before you arrive?

    We can offer a rough estimate based on the symptoms you describe, but a technician must assess the unit in person for an accurate quote.

  • Is it a good investment to repair an old appliance?

    Our technicians evaluate whether it's better to repair or replace based on age, condition, and cost efficiency. 

  • Why does my washer use cool water on warm cycle?

    Washers mix hot and cold water to create warm. In colder seasons, warm cycles may feel cooler.

  • Why does my oven smell during self-cleaning?

    Burning off grease and food produces odors. Proper ventilation is recommended.
